Renewal and Cancellation

• • Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from account settings
• • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle

ARC Rights

ARC and all its contents, including software, design, text, graphics, and logos, are protected by copyright and trademark.

Your Rights

You retain ownership of data and reports you create using ARC. We grant you a limited license to use our service according to these Terms.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or available without interruption.

Damage Limits

In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months, or $100 USD, whichever is less.

Exceptions

These limits do not apply to liabilities arising from gross negligence, willful misconduct, or data breaches due to our negligence.
